In December, ERC posted a survey to all Craigheads residents.  Two hundred and forty-nine surveys were sent out and 50 were returned – a response rate of 20%. 56% (28) were council tenants, 42% (21) were owner occupiers and 2% (1) was a private tenant.  The questions and submitted responses were as follows:
